Domestic

All orders are shipped from New York via UPS. Orders placed before 2:00PM ET on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. Once an order has shipped, an shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to the same email used to place the order. 

UPS Ground Shipping: $10 Flat Rate (3-9 Business Days)
UPS 2nd Day Air: $20 Flat Rate (2 Business Days)
UPS Next Day Air: $40 Flat Rate (1 Business Day)

International

At this time, we are only shipping domestic orders in the United States. If you would like to place an international order, please contact info@marisawitkin.com.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final on sale items. 

Processing a Return

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be sent via trackable mail. Marisa Witkin is not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to include your order number or original packing slip in your return. Returns will be processed within 7 days. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
